Ibrahim is a Liverpool City Region–based leader known for his work in mosque development, interfaith dialogue, and civic engagement. He founded the Wirral Deen Centre mosque and co-ordinates the Liverpool Region Mosque Network. With over 20 years’ experience in secondary education, including senior leadership roles in London and the North West, he is committed to strengthening social cohesion and amplifying underrepresented Muslim voices in civic life.
