The UKMN is registered as a Community Interest Company (CIC).

The organisation is governed and directed by a group of experienced and passionate leaders. It is led by an Executive Director and two co-chairs, with the support of a Coordination Group which brings together experience from across sectors, regions and generations.

The Coordination Group provides strategic oversight, acts as a sounding board on political and reputational questions, and plays a key role in connecting UKMN's work to government and wider institutions.
